Omniwomen UK + Allies
Empathy, vulnerability, kindness and generosity have no place in business. That’s exactly the outdated stereotype we wanted to change. For International Women’s Day, we created ‘Bring Your Stereotype to Work’. A campaign that celebrated previously unwelcome leadership qualities and instead heroed them as part of Omniwomen UK + Allies, a global initiative dedicated to increasing the number, seniority and influence of women across the Omnicom network. The work promoted the group’s annual Omniwomen summit, entitled ‘New leadership in a hyper-connected world’.
